Based in Bätterkinden, Casa Nobile organises great events such as the Tavolata-Dinner and the “Passione e Gusto“, as well as catered events where you can enjoy gourmet food and drinks, including wine and special beers. The chocolate is one of the best in Switzerland and the ice cream is exactly how you would enjoy it in Italy.
We got to know Casa Nobile at the beginning of our brewery adventure and since then our Fermento Amber Ale has been available in Casa Nobile’s catering range. The flavour hop of Fermento Amber Ale is intense and makes it perfect for many food pairings, especially with a great aperitif.
